About this edition
The 48th edition took place on 25 April 2020, online, live on Facebook, and was about the people still missing from the last war in Kosovo.
Korab Krasniqi, project manager at forumZFD (Kosovo Programme), presented the memory book “Living with the Memories of the Missing” and a two-week programme on the issue of missing persons. The book gathers the life stories of ten families of the missing: the hardships and horrors of the war, the moments their loved ones disappeared and the agony of waiting to learn their fate. It brings the missing back as people with stories, beyond statistics, and builds empathy through the families' own experiences.
Organised by BarCamp Ferizaj's team of young activists, under the umbrella of Iniciativa për Progres (INPO), with the support of IPKO Foundation and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
